Origin Story
Welcome — I’m Nicole, the founder of Farmer’s Butter.
Farmer’s Butter began on my family’s farm in Tennessee, where I set out to create a skincare formula gentle enough for sensitive, acne-prone skin and effective enough to repair real damage. After a curling-iron burn left me searching for something clean and healing — and finding nothing that worked — I started making my own.
Word spread quickly. Friends, family, and neighbors kept coming back for refills, sharing how the balm soothed eczema, healed scars, softened cracked winter skin, calmed irritation, and helped their skin look and feel healthier.
Today, every jar of Farmer’s Butter is handcrafted in small batches on our farm using intentionally sourced, nutrient-rich botanicals known for their ability to repair, restore, and deeply moisturize.

Sea Buckthorn - Exceptionally rich in carotenoids, antioxidants, and omegas, sea buckthorn, protects, hydrates and restores the skin natural moisture barrier. (daily face cream)
Rosehip Oil - Considered nature’s retinol, rich in vitamins A and C, fades scars and dark spots, boosts skin hydration, and helps improve skin texture
Tamanu Oil - Known for its healing properties, reduces the appearance of scars, soothes irritated skin, and acts as an anti-inflammatory
