    1. Return Eligibility

    • Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Melted or Temperature-Damaged Products: Due to the nature of our all-natural formulations, products that arrive melted or otherwise altered by temperature cannot be returned.

    • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, any item that has been opened or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.

    3. Shipping Costs

    • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    4. How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@famersbutter.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Obtain Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

    3. Ship Your Return: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

    5. Refund Process

    • Inspection: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs.

    • Partial Refunds: If items are not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund.

    6. Exchanges & Replacements

    • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@farmersbutter.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Massage the product into skin and allow time to fully absorb. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

    Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

    If exposed to heat, the product may melt. Cool in the refrigerator to return to it’s original consistency. As with many natural, organic products without stabilizers or fillers, separation and slight variations in texture may occur. This will not affect the product’s usage or efficacy.

    We use ingredients that are naturally antimicrobial, but this product has no preservatives. Use clean, dry hands when removing the product from container..
